About Stephanie ♥ As the multicultural Betrayal Trauma-informed Coach at Intensive Recovery Healing, I foster an open, honest, and compassionate environment where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves. I am well-versed in supporting all clients, and ready to provide validation as you reclaim what was lost.

I am fluent in English and proficient in Spanish, equipped to offer validation and connect with a broader range of clients. I identify their needs and guide them through the formal disclosure process with expertise and care.

Coaching Philosophy

In addition to betrayal healing, I support those dealing with post-betrayal dating and disclosure preparation. I incorporate the powerful healing knowledge of other cultures and indigenous peoples in a polyvagal-informed drumming ritual, as an adjunct to more standard trauma treatment.

I am an expert at meeting clients where they are and supporting them through the intense waves of betrayal that may arise. Whether you're just uncovering the first details of betrayal or have been on this journey for a long time, I am here to ensure you don't navigate this path alone.

I practice Brainspotting and can support Spanish-speaking partners in using this healing tool. My approach integrates cultural competency, trauma-informed care, and genuine connection to facilitate deep, meaningful healing.
